7:00 AM - Tai Chi

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Conversation Cafe

10:30 AM - I could walk, I could take a cardio class or I could rest.  I'll see how I feel.

Noon - Lunch

1:00 PM - Body Neutrality: Being in the Body

2:30 PM - Aquatics

3:30 PM - Snack

4:15 PM - Stress Management

6:00 PM - Dinner

7:00 PM - Cooking Demo: Fish
