I have added a 'Follow Me' gadget to the side of my blog ----------------->

If you type in your email address, you will get an email when I update my blog.  While I am at GM, I blog daily, so it is easy to know that I have updated.  When I go home, I may not be able to blog daily (or I may not have anything interesting to say!) so if you put your email, you will get an email letting you know when I update.  No pressure, of course.  :0)
