Monday's Schedule

And we are back to highly scheduled days!  Here is what my tomorrow looks like.

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Overcoming Exercise Obstacles

10:30 AM - Low Impact Aerobics

Noon - Lunch

1:00 PM - Sustain the Change: Setting an Intention for the Week

2:30 PM - Total Body Strength

3:30 PM - Snack

4:15 PM - Separating Weight from Health: Looking at Weight Bias

6:00 PM - Dinner

7:00 PM - Movie Night "Happy"

I'm looking forward to getting back into it tomorrow and am thankful for the restful weekend we've had here.

    Mom and I watched "Happy" last night. It was very good. Mom gave it her relationships teacher seal of approval.
