Thursday's Schedule

7:00 AM - Morning Momentum

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Stress Management: Limits and Boundaries Assertiveness Skills

10:30 AM - Aerobic Circuit Blast

Noon - Lunch

1:00 PM - Celebrating Your Body

2:30 PM - Power Ball or Aquatics...depending on how I feel

3:30 PM - Snack

4:15 PM - There are two classes at this time that don't exactly apply to me...one on fitting exercise into your work day (I work from home now) and one on binge eating (which I don't often do...I overeat at certain meals, but I don't think that qualifies me as a binge eater).  So I don't know if I will go to one.  If I like the teacher for the binge eating, I may go to that because it could be interesting.

6:00 PM - Dinner

7:00 PM - Raising the Nutritional Quality of Your Favorite Foods
