Friday's Schedule

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Total Body Strength

10:30 AM - Cardio Kickboxing or rest

Noon - Lunch

1:00 PM - Food Cravings: Why some foods call your name

2:30 PM - Cardio Circuit Blast or rest

3:30 PM - Snack

4:15 PM - Film & Discussion: Stress the Silent Killer

6:00 PM - Dinner

7:00 PM - Outing to Paint Your Own Pottery Studio

I will choose tomorrow between one cardio or the other.  I only plan to do one so I can have a rest time to look forward too.  Should be another good day at Green Mountain!
