Tuesday's Schedule

7:00 AM - Morning Momentum

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Pilates Ring

10:30 AM - Cardio on the Fitball

Noon - Lunch

1:00 PM - Nutrition Topic: "What the Heck Do You Do With Grains?"

2:30 PM - Aquatics

3:30 PM - Snack

4:15 PM - The Sensations of Fitness (lecture)

6:00 PM - Dinner

7:00 PM - Healing with Foods

I have 4 fitness classes scheduled tomorrow, but I am really excited about all of them.  I enjoy the morning wake up classes as they really just get your blood moving.  I have been wanting to try the pilates ring and cardio fitball, and I already know I love aquatics.  Should be another good day!
