Friday's Schedule

7:45 AM - My leaving assessment: I will be weighed and measured to see the comparisons from when I began my journey.  I will then ignore my inner thoughts about said weigh in because I am more than a number on the scale.  They will also test my endurance, balance, and flexibility like they did at the start.

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Total Body Strength

10:30 AM - I'm not sure if I'll go to Nia or not...I'll likely just pack.

Noon - Lunch

1:00 PM - Class on creating a Soul Collage

3:30 PM - Snack

4:15 PM - Sustaining the Change

6:00 PM - Dinner

And then I will be done with all classes!
