Friday's Schedule

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Total Body Strength

10:30 AM - Either Cardio Combo or Cardio Interval Circuit on Machines

Noon - Lunch (Pizza Day!)

There really aren't much in the way of options for me in the afternoon tomorrow.  They are only offering a Health Professionals Only Class and a class for those going home this week.  (Like my roommate, Julia...so sad.)  So I think I will take some time for myself.

3:30 PM - Snack

4:15 PM - Meal Planning Workshop: Strategies for Chaotic Eating

6:00 PM - Dinner (Ice Cream Night!)

Tomorrow is light on the schedule, but that's alright.  It's been a busy week!  I can't believe week two is almost over!

  1. Yes, it is going fast. I leave for Florida tomorrow, stay until Tuesday and then to Boston late Tuesday night. I'll be closer to you! :) Ellie and I take the train next Thursday to NYC until Sunday. Can't wait to get a break from work!

This place sounds awesome and I am very proud of you for committing yourself to 4 weeks!! It sounds like they are working you good. Can't wait to learn more from you in the coming weeks...reading this also motivates me as well! Love and miss you!
