Friday, March 22nd

Today was a really good active day.  This morning after breakfast, I went to the Total Body Strength class followed by Cardio on the Fitball.  Both were good and I felt like my core was stronger than yesterday (after that crazy Ultimate Core class).

Lunch today was PIZZA!  Woo!  The pizza they make us here is so good.  I need to start making my own whole wheat dough!  After lunch, I decided at the last minute to join the group that was going for a hike in Woodstock, VT.  We had to drive 45 minutes North East, but it was worth it.  We had so much fun.  Only Alyson, Tanya, and I went with LynnAnn and intern Ginger.  LynnAnn took us on a brisk little walk on a road alongside a river and then we finished our walk in the quaint little town while we did some shopping.  It was great.  I bought a few small things that I am excited about.  And I walked by some Reese Peanut Butter Eggs and didn't buy them!  Nugget of Success.

When we got back to GM, I was able to have a nice conversation with Joe and then dinner was a very delicious Chicken Picata, green beans, roasted sweet potatoes, and ICE CREAM!  (Kickass food day at GM.)  After dinner a few of us went back to the paint your own pottery place that we went to 2 weeks ago and painted away.  It was a lot of fun.  A nice end to the week.  I am sad that Alyson is leaving tomorrow.  Out of our original group, only two of us will remain.  But we will carry on for one more week!  Below are pictures of our walk in Woodstock.

Tomorrow a few of us are going to venture out of Ludlow for some more sight seeing and shopping.  We are even thinking about trying another dinner out at a restaurant!  We are some crazy ladies!
