Tuesday's Schedule

7:00 AM - Morning Momentum (early morning fitness class...yup, I'm going to get up early!)

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM - Mindful/Intuitive Eating: The Principles of Mindful Eating

10:30 AM - Nia Mind/Body Dance (I should have some pretty awesome dance moves, I'm sure.)

Noon - Lunch (Today will be a silent meal for us focus on our eating.  We are going to eat in silence for 30 minutes and then discuss it...)

1:00 PM - Emotional Eating: Understanding Emotions that Lead You to Eat

2:30 PM - Aquatics (Yay!  I love the pool.  Apparently we take a shuttle over to a local resort and use their indoor pool.  Can't wait.)

3:30 PM - Snack

4:15 PM - Stress Management: Nurturing the Whole Self

6:00 PM - Dinner

7:00 PM - Behavior Special Topics: Guided Visualization

I'm really excited about this schedule because I can't wait to take the emotional eating and stress management classes.  I know I am guilty of having poor eating and physical habits when I am emotional or stressed.  Plus, I love the pool!  Should be another good day!  Love and miss you all!

  1. Go Beth! It is supposed to snow 6" here Tuesday; I will have one more lousy day of driving in the mess ... enjoy not having to drive anywhere (for both of us)! Mom
