Chicken Salad

1 can of shredded chicken in water
1 tablespoon of light mayo
1 tablespoon of plain greek yogurt
5-6 red grapes
salt and pepper to taste
chopped walnuts (optional)

Drain the can of chicken.  Cut the grapes in to smaller pieces.  Mix all ingredients and serve on toast or a bed of lettuce.  I found that this makes enough for two people.
