1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsps fresh
lemon juice
1 tbsp white wine
vinegar
1 shallot (minced)
3/4 tsp fresh
tarragon (chopped)
3/4 tsp fresh
parsley (chopped)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly
ground pepper
Just blend and serve!
Goes great with a strawberry/spinach salad.
