10:00 AM - Cardio Mix
11:00 AM - Gentle Yoga
Noon - Lunch
3:30 PM - Snack
6:00 PM - Dinner
As you can see, Saturday's aren't as structured as the week days. I am looking forward to relaxing tomorrow after my workouts and getting some laundry done. Some of the ladies here have cars, so some of us may go out to shop or whatever. Not sure. It's nice to have a not so planed day!
Nice. I'm having a nice unstructured day after a busy week, too ... but you deserve it more than I do!! It also gives you a day to practice some of the things you have been learning. Hey, you know what? I love you!! (I can do affirmations for you ... you are beautiful ... you are funny ... you are brilliant ... ) Mom
