I had a fairly relaxing day today. I caught up on some of my shows and watched a good documentary on Netflix called, "Hungry for Change". It was very good. It is very much about the Green Mountain message and philosophy. I highly suggest the GM alumni watch it because it will help to re-motivate.
We had 12 newbies arrive today. So far everyone seems lovely, as usual. Here is my schedule for tomorrow:
8:00 AM - Breakfast
9:00 AM - Total Body Strength Circuit
10:30 AM - Low Impact Aerobics
Noon - Lunch
1:00 PM - Understanding and Managing Food Cravings
2:30 PM - Walk on the Logging Trail
3:30 PM - Snack
4:15 PM - Free Time
6:00 PM - Dinner
As this is my final week at GM, I will have a few time slots for free time on certain days. My goal is to use that time to start thinking about going home. I have been researching local produce deliveries and rec center classes I can take...so I will put my info together and hopefully work out a plan to focus on eating balanced meals and working in fitness.
I just watched that docu last weekend! I am obsessed with Netflix documentaries--especially of the food variety. I think I am looking for motivation to keep up my vegan diet (not easy!).
ReplyDeleteProps to you for going Vegan! I don't think I'll ever get there. I do want to watch "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" tonight to see if I want to get into juicing. :0)
ReplyDeleteYou are one of the best planners I know, Beth ... and I know that skill will help you be successful when you go home. Go Beth!
